- 70g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 240g small potatoes
- 🥕 75g carrot

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 150cc water

PASSI
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 3 minutes. Drain. Cut the carrot into irregular bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into 2cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and beef, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the meat changes color.
Add potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pan. Stir-fry until coated with oil, then add water, sake, mirin, and sugar. Mix lightly and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well, and cover again. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
