INGREDIENTI

- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 4 cabbage leaves (160g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground pork until its color changes.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add the miso sauce and mix well. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir to thicken.
