INGREDIENTI
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground pork
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
Soup Base
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 300ml water
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 100g kimchi
Other
- 2 tbsp potato starch
PASSI
Cut bok choy into 3cm pieces and slice the shiitake mushroom.
Mix the meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Divide into 8 portions, shape into balls, and coat with potato starch.
Combine the soup base ingredients in a bowl.
Place bok choy, shiitake, kimchi, meatballs, and soup base into a microwave-safe container.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.
Mix until the soup thickens and serve hot.
