INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 300g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🎃 450g pumpkin, cut into pieces
Dairy
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 5 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 400g canned tomatoes
- 100ml water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
PASSI
Mince the onion and cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.
Add ground meat, salt, and pepper to the bowl, mix until sticky, then add onion and egg. Mix until uniform and shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add meatballs, and cook until browned on all sides.
Add pumpkin and tomato sauce ingredients to the pan, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
