Oil

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
PASSI
Mix sake, mentsuyu, and curry powder in a bowl to create the marinade.
Coat the mackerel fillets with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry the marinated mackerel fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3–5 minutes per side.
