Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 🍄 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧀 1/4 cup shredded pizza cheese
PASSI
Prepare ingredients according to your preference, using leftover vegetables from the fridge.
In a microwave-safe bowl, beat eggs and mix with milk, salt, soy sauce, and pepper.
