- 💧 3 tbsp water

Lightly rinse the glass noodles with water.

In a microwave-safe dish, mix BBQ sauce and water. Layer glass noodles, vegetables, and tuna in order. Cover and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, then let it steam for another 3 minutes with the lid on.
