- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSI
Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Slice onion into thin strips, about 0.5 cm thick.
Mix eggs with salt and milk, then strain 1-2 times for a smoother texture.
Heat a pan and melt butter, then sauté garlic and onion.
Once onions turn translucent, add water to the pan.
When the water boils, add curry powder and stir until dissolved.
Reduce to low heat and pour the egg mixture in circular motions.
Cook on low heat or residual heat, lightly stirring until done.
