INGREDIENTI

  • Main Ingredients

    • 250g cleaned minari
    • 600g pork neck slices (3mm thick)
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1 chopped green chili
    • 1 chopped red chili
    • A small amount of chopped minari
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp medium chili powder
    • 6 tbsp mirin
    • 5 tbsp water
    • 🧄 7 cloves sliced garlic
    • 1 piece sliced ginger
    • 3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp fermented shrimp paste

PASSI

1

Clean the minari, remove excess water, and prepare 250g of cleaned minari by removing tough leaves.

2

Prepare 600g of pork neck slices (3mm thick). Ensure slices are thin to roll easily and avoid overpowering the minari flavor.

3

Place 3 stalks of minari on a pork slice and roll tightly, leaving some minari sticking out for presentation.

4

Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and place the rolls seam-side down to seal. Cook until lightly browned.

5

Flip the rolls and cook until the pork is no longer pink but not fully cooked, as they will simmer in the sauce later.

6

Transfer the rolls to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

7

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, mirin, water, garlic, ginger, corn syrup, and fermented shrimp paste in a bowl.

8

Add the sauce to a pan over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and add the pork rolls. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

9

Once the sauce thickens, garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green chili, red chili, and extra chopped minari.
