INGREDIENTI
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 150g ground mixed meat
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Mince the onion finely.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add ground meat, onion, and grated ginger. Stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add curry powder and stir over low heat until well blended. Add dashi powder, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes.
Break tofu into pieces with a spoon and add to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Serve rice in bowls, pour the curry mixture over, and garnish with chopped green onions.
