INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced (50g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced (50g)
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, diced (80g)
- 🌿 1/2 celery stalk, diced (50g)
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Soup Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 600ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
PASSI
Dice onion, carrot, cabbage, and celery into 1cm cubes. Remove celery strings.
Cut bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bacon, onion, and garlic, sauté until onion softens. Add carrot, cabbage, and celery, stir until coated in oil.
Add soup seasoning ingredients (canned tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, consomme, and water). Bring to a boil. Break spaghetti in half, add to the pan, and stir. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for the pasta's package cooking time.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
