INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🌭 24 mini sausages
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 5 tbsp milk
- 100g pancake mix
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🌭 1 tbsp mustard
PASSI
In a bowl, crack the egg and mix it. Add milk and pancake mix, then stir to create the batter.
Make 4 vertical cuts on each mini sausage to create 'octopus legs.'
Heat a takoyaki pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until the cuts open and they are fully cooked. Remove them from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Pour the batter into each mold, filling it halfway. Once the surface dries slightly, insert the cooked sausages into the batter. Cook until the batter is fully set and golden.
Serve on a plate with ketchup and mustard on the side.
