INGREDIENTI
Muffin Batter
- 🌾 200g flour
- 🧈 90g butter
- 🧂 120g organic sugar
- 🥛 90g milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- ☕ 1 tbsp coffee
- 🧂 5g baking powder
- 坚果 2 tbsp almond flour
- 🧂 1g salt
Mocha Icing
- 🧂 7 tbsp powdered sugar
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- ☕ 1/2 tsp instant coffee
PASSI
Cream softened butter with sugar using a whisk. Add salt, vanilla extract, and eggs, then mix well.
Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Add almond flour to the mixture. If unavailable, you can skip this step.
Warm milk and dissolve coffee in it.
Add the coffee-milk mixture to the batter and mix using a spatula.
Pour batter into muffin molds and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Cover with a pan midway to prevent burning and achieve a nice color.
Cool muffins on a wire rack while preparing the mocha icing.
Prepare mocha icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and instant coffee.
Pipe mocha icing onto muffins using a piping bag or a cut plastic bag.
