INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- Parsley to taste
Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Chicken Marinade
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into large bite-sized pieces after removing the core.
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Slice the chicken breast into large diagonal pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Combine the marinade ingredients (potato starch, sake, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic) in another bowl and massage into the chicken pieces.
Layer half the cabbage in a microwave-safe dish, place half the chicken on top without overlapping, and repeat. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Plate the cooked chicken and cabbage, top with cherry tomatoes, sprinkle parsley, and drizzle with the dressing.
