INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🦀 150g crabmeat
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍚 210g cooked rice
Thickening Mixture
- 1 tbsp starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Shred the crabmeat by hand.
Slice the green onion thinly.
Mix starch with water to create a thickening mixture.
Combine eggs, green onion, and crabmeat in a bowl.
In a pot, combine water, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and add the thickening mixture to the sauce.
Cook the crabmeat mixture in a pan until golden brown.
Prepare a bowl of cooked rice.
Place the cooked crabmeat mixture on top of the rice.
Pour the sauce over the crabmeat and rice.
