INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 3/4 cup julienned carrots
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🧅 3/4 cup chopped green onion
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg
Oils and Seasonings
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Staples
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
PASSI
Chop the onion into small pieces (1/2 cup).
Slice the green onion and julienne the carrot (3/4 cup each).
Heat 1 tbsp grape seed oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until golden brown.
Add the oyster mushrooms and chopped onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
Add julienned carrots and 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce, then stir-fry until carrots soften.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds.
Fry an egg in 1 tbsp grape seed oil until desired doneness.
Plate the cooked rice, top with stir-fried mushrooms and carrots.
Place the fried egg on top and drizzle with 1 tbsp perilla oil.
