INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushroom
- 🍄 80g king oyster mushroom
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and prepare mushrooms by trimming and separating them.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté grated ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and kimchi to the pan, stirring well to combine.
Mix sugar, miso, chicken stock powder, and water in a small bowl, then pour into the pan.
Reduce heat to low, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
Serve hot and enjoy the dish with melted cheese and flavorful chicken and mushrooms.
