INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 200g frozen oilfish, 4 slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 40g carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Slice the green onion thinly, julienne the carrot, and julienne the bell pepper after removing seeds.
Mix the sliced vegetables with the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chili, and water) in a heatproof container.
Defrost the oilfish, cut into bite-sized pieces, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C and fry the fish pieces until crispy.
Immediately transfer the fried fish into the prepared sauce and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
