    • 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)

    • Pinch of pepper
  • Napolitan Sauce

    • 2 slices long bacon
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
    • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 💧 100 ml water

Mince half of the onion for the patty and slice the other half for the sauce. Cut bacon into 1 cm strips and thinly slice the bell pepper.

Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl to moisten.

Place minced onion for the patty in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.

Combine ground meat, salt, pepper, cooled onion, moistened breadcrumbs, and powdered cheese in a bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions. Shape into oval patties.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on one side, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, sauté bacon, sliced onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the onion softens. Add ketchup, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
