- 4 spring roll wrappers
Filling
- 1 pack natto
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 3 stalks chopped green onion
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Binder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
In a bowl, mix natto and egg together. Add the included sauce and chopped green onion, then whisk until fluffy.
Place the filling onto the spring roll wrapper, wrap tightly, and seal the edge with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
