INGREDIENTI
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground chicken
- 1 pack natto
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
For Cooking
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
PASSI
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients under 'Meat Mixture' and mix until sticky. Divide into 8 equal portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and cook while flipping the patties until they are evenly coated and glossy.
