INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 250g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion (500g)
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 💧 300cc water
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSI
Cut the green onions into 3cm pieces. Slice the shiitake caps thinly and halve the stems lengthwise. Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core using a toothpick.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Push the pork to the center, add the soup base ingredients, and mix well. Arrange the green onions upright around the pork and add the shiitake mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes until the green onions are tender.
