INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 300g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Wrapper
- 6 sheets rice paper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Mustard to taste
PASSI
Mince the green onion.
Combine ground pork, minced green onion, and all seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag. Knead thoroughly.
Wet kitchen paper and place it on a cutting board. Dip 3 rice paper sheets in water for 2–3 seconds and overlap them slightly. Pipe the meat mixture onto the rice paper, fold the edges, and roll tightly into a stick shape. Repeat for 2 sticks.
Roll each stick into a spiral shape. Repeat for 2 spirals.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the spirals in the pan and cook until browned.
Flip the spirals, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 6–8 minutes until cooked through. Remove the lid and fry until crispy.
Insert chopsticks into the spirals, plate them, and serve with mustard.
