INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 2 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- a pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut the potato in half lengthwise, slice thinly, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain.
Slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove seeds and stems from the bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and potato slices. Cook until the salmon is browned, then flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining vegetables and pour the miso sauce over them. Cover and steam on medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes.
