INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 500cc water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white dashi
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- 1 tbsp sake for preparation
PASSI
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Cut the beef into 1.5cm wide strips.
Boil water in a pot, add sake (for preparation) and beef. Cook until the beef changes color, then drain.
Wash the pot briefly, return the beef to the pot, add water and sake. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Add the seasonings (white dashi, mirin, salt), mix well, and heat until boiling again. Add sliced green onion and stir.
