INGREDIENTI

- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned

- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- White sesame seeds, to taste
PASSI
Julienne the carrot. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients), and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the carrot until softened.
Add the canned tuna, salt, and sake to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and quickly mix, cooking until the eggs are set. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
