- 🥚 2 medium eggs
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch of nira (Chinese chives)
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Boil water in a pot and cook the eggs for 8–9 minutes. Cool them in cold water.

Finely chop the nira and mix it with the seasonings (soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a container.
