INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍅 4 mini tomatoes
- 2 sprigs parsley
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASSI
Chop the chicken breast into coarse pieces and mince finely.
In a bowl, mix the minced chicken with all the meat mixture seasoning ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, shape the mixture into oval patties using a spoon, and pan-fry over medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Serve the cooked nuggets on a plate with ketchup, mini tomatoes, and parsley on the side.
