INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1/2 bag baby leaf
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Binding Ingredients
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Mince the onion finely.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk, then add ground pork, minced onion, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until sticky. Divide into 15 portions and shape into balls. Coat with potato starch.
Boil water in a pot, add the meatballs, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (ketchup, cooking sake, sugar, soy sauce). Microwave uncovered at 600W for 1 minute. Toss the meatballs in the sauce.
Arrange baby leaf on a plate and place the meatballs on top.
