INGREDIENTI
Grains
- 80g oatmeal
Protein
- 4 sausages (80g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, quartered
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Mince the onion and quarter the mushrooms.
Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.
In a large microwave-safe container, mix oatmeal, onion, mushrooms, sausages, and the seasoning ingredients. Add butter on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6–7 minutes. Stir after microwaving.
Divide the mixture into heatproof dishes, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
