INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus, thinly sliced
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bitter melon, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Thinly slice the boiled octopus. Cut the bitter melon in half, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts and bitter melon, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, doubanjiang, sugar, and pepper) in a bowl. Arrange the bean sprouts and bitter melon on a plate, top with octopus slices, and drizzle with the dressing.
