INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
- 🧅 5 stalks green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 60g all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Dipping Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Cut boiled octopus into 1cm slices. Trim and cut green onions into 2cm pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with chicken stock powder and water.
Add flour and potato starch to the bowl and mix until smooth.
Add octopus and green onions to the batter and mix gently.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter and spread into a round shape. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cook uncovered for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to make the dipping sauce. Serve the pancake with the sauce.
