    • 💧 30cc water

In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add ginger, octopus, and scallops, simmer for 3 minutes, then cool. Separate the broth and ingredients.

Add the rice, broth from step 3, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well, flatten the surface, and cook as usual.

Add the cooked ingredients from step 3 to the rice, mix gently, and garnish with mitsuba.
