INGREDIENTI

- 300g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper, deseeded

- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
PASSI
Mince the garlic after removing its core. Deseed the chili pepper.
Cut the boiled octopus into large bite-sized pieces.
Mix the canned tomatoes, olive oil, white wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place the octopus, garlic, chili, and sauce mixture into the pressure cooker.
Set the timer for 10 minutes. After cooking, let it rest for another 10 minutes with the pressure valve down.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
