Meat

- 🍅 100cc unsalted tomato juice

PASSI
Slice black olives into three rings for eyes. Mince onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in flour and cook until no raw flour remains.
Add seasoning ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, consomme, salt, pepper, tomato juice). Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then uncover and reduce until thickened. Cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out one puff pastry sheet, cut into 6 pieces, and press into muffin molds.
Pierce the second puff pastry sheet with a fork, cut out 6 circles using a 7cm cutter, and shape the scraps into mustaches.
Fill the pastry molds with the meat mixture, cover with the pastry circles, seal edges, and decorate with mustaches and olive slices for eyes. Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
