INGREDIENTI
Coating
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
- Worcestershire sauce as needed
Meat Mixture
- 50g fresh okara
- 150g mixed ground meat
- 🧅 1/4 minced onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Mince the onion.
In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oval patties.
Coat the patties in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil to 170–180°C in a pot. Fry the patties on low heat for about 8 minutes, then increase to medium-high heat for 1 minute. Remove and drain.
Serve the patties on a plate with Worcestershire sauce on the side.
