- 8 okra pods (96g)
Canned Goods
- 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Sprinkle salt (not listed in ingredients) on okra and roll it on a cutting board. Wash with water and remove the stem. Cut into diagonal thirds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add mackerel and stir lightly to break it apart. Add okra and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened.
