INGREDIENTI
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Negi Salt Chicken
- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🧅 10g green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Potato Sesame Kinpira
- 🥔 75g potato, julienned
- 🥕 20g carrot, julienned
- 2 tsp mentuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Chikuwa Boat
- 30g chikuwa, halved lengthwise
- 10g frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp pizza cheese
PASSI
Thinly slice the green onion. Julienne the carrot and potato, then soak the potato in water and drain.
Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, spread mayonnaise on top, and add mixed vegetables and pizza cheese.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the ingredients for the negi salt chicken in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the potato, carrot, and chikuwa boats.
Stir-fry the potato and carrot over low heat until coated with oil, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute.
Remove the chikuwa boats, add the negi salt chicken to the pan, and stir-fry.
Add mentuyu and white sesame seeds to the potato and carrot, stir-fry briefly, then remove. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and assemble everything in a bento box.
