INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 1 handful shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and rinse the frozen shrimp in water.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, plum syrup, corn syrup, cooking wine, water, chili powder, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir well.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced onion until golden.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry with the onion.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir well.
Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp and onion evenly.
Serve over a bowl of rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
