INGREDIENTI

- 🧅 1 onion, cut into 8 pieces
Meat
- 🥓 6 strips of bacon
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 pinches of ground pepper
PASSI
Cut the onion into 8 equal pieces.
Wrap each onion piece with a strip of bacon.
Mix soy sauce, water, mirin, corn syrup, and ground pepper to create the sauce.
Cook the bacon-wrapped onions in a pan over low heat without oil until golden brown.
Remove excess grease using a paper towel once the bacon is cooked.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
