    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp doubanjiang
    • 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 150ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Gently wash oysters by changing water 2–3 times.

Dice firm tofu into 2cm cubes. Chop green onion, mince ginger and garlic.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add ground pork and cook until the color changes. Add green onion and sauté until softened. Stir in doubanjiang until well combined.

Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.

Add tofu and oysters, bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened. Drizzle sesame oil and mix. Serve garnished with chopped green onion.
