- 🍯 A dash of honey
- 20ml red wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

PASSI
Rinse the oysters thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Coat the oysters evenly with potato starch.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the oysters until golden and crispy.
In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, red wine, and sugar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
