INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🐙 180g boiled octopus
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs
Processed Seafood
- 2 roasted chikuwa
- 6 pieces satsuma-age
- 4 pieces gobo-ten
Vegetables
- 1/2 small daikon
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 1 piece konnyaku
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 💧 1000cc water
PASSI
Cut daikon into 3-4cm thick slices, peel, and make a cut on one side. Boil in water until tender, then drain.
Boil potatoes in water until tender, then peel.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces and blanch for 1 minute.
Cut fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and slice roasted chikuwa diagonally.
Score both sides of konnyaku and cut into triangles. Rub with salt and rinse. Arrange with fried tofu and chikuwa, then pour boiling water over them.
Add seasonings and water to a pot, bring to a boil, then add all ingredients except processed seafood. Simmer on low heat for 50 minutes.
Add processed seafood and heat until warmed through.
