INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet salted salmon (about 100g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 large king oyster mushrooms (about 100g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the salted salmon fillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and add them to the pan. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
