INGREDIENTI
Shrimp
- 🦐 300g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Coating
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
Mayo Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Clean the shrimp by making a cut along the back to remove the vein. Rinse with water and pat dry. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with sake, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes, then add potato starch and mix well.
Cut the lettuce into 7mm-wide strips.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, sugar, and salt to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
Turn off the heat and mix the shrimp with the prepared sauce.
Serve the shrimp over a bed of lettuce on a plate.
