INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 1 red paprika
- 1 yellow paprika
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 2 green onions
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash all vegetables under running water.
Cut green onions into finger-length pieces.
Slice red and yellow paprikas into finger-length strips.
Tear oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces after washing.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry paprikas first.
Add oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Add 1-2 tbsp oyster sauce and mix well.
Add green onions and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix before serving.
