  • Mixed Seafood

    • 🦐 150g seafood mix
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
    • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 💧 500ml water

Mince the onion and slice the red bell pepper into 1cm strips. Break the spaghetti into 3cm pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and seafood mix until fragrant.

Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add the spaghetti and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat for the time indicated on the spaghetti package.

Place the red bell pepper on top, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed. Serve hot.
