INGREDIENTI
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetable
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Wrapper
- 4 dumpling wrappers
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400 ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into 5mm wide strips.
Cut the dumpling wrappers into quarters.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and dumpling wrappers, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the wrappers are cooked.
Increase to medium heat and slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
