- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 10 perilla leaves, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 1 tbsp extra perilla powder
PASSI
Slice the perilla leaves thinly and tear the enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
