- 15 perilla leaves
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧀 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients for perilla leaf pesto.
Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly and roughly chop them.
Add 3 tablespoons of pine nuts to the mix.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Pour in 7 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Season with 1 pinch of salt.
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
